When a guest uses our online services to book a holiday with Flora Resort, we may collect the following information: name, gender, address, email address, phone number, fax number, social media profile data, and credit card details. We may also request travel preference information to tailor your experience. Through third-party bookings (e.g., travel agents), we only receive the names of guests.
In compliance with international law, we are required to take a copy of your passport upon check-in. A digital copy is submitted to the Vietnamese Immigration Department – Public Security of Hoa Binh Province. This is only used for immigration, visa, or emergency national interest cases.
Other Data
This includes data that does not personally identify you, such as demographic details, browser, and device information.
We do not use cookies on our websites. We believe in transparency and do not engage in unnecessary data aggregation or behavioral tracking. As an eco-focused resort, we proudly operate without digital profiling.

All data collected is solely for completing your booking and fulfilling legal immigration requirements. That’s it.

Your credit card data is securely transmitted from your browser to our reservations team. It is only used for payment processing and never stored for marketing or saved on our servers.
Please do not send sensitive information via email. Credit card details should only be submitted via our encrypted online booking system or provided directly to our reservations office.

Retention of Data
Booking-related data is stored securely and retained for several months post-stay, in case of emergencies or complaint follow-up. After that, all data is deleted from our systems.
